General Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Rental Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of products ("Rental Product(s)") from Buy 4 Events ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By renting any product from us, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your rental order.
2. Rental Agreement
When you place an order with us, you are entering into a binding rental agreement, subject to the conditions listed herein. The agreement is effective upon payment confirmation and will remain in force until the rental period ends and the product is returned.
3. Rental Period

Start of Rental Period: The rental period begins once the Rental Product has been delivered or picked up by the Customer, whichever occurs first.

Minimum Rental Period: The minimum rental duration is 1 day, 3 days, 1 week.

Late Returns: If the Rental Product is not returned by the end of the agreed rental period, additional late fees of Rs.500/day will apply.
4. Rental Fees and Payment

Rental Charges: The rental fee is calculated based on the duration of the rental and the type/quantity of product rented. The rental fee will be confirmed during the checkout process.

Payment Terms: Payment for rental products must be completed in full before the rental period begins. We accept payment methods such as UPI, credit cards and Debit Cards.

Deposit: A refundable deposit of respected of Product Cost may be required as collateral to cover potential damages, loss, or late returns. This deposit will be refunded when the product is returned undamaged and on time.

Additional Charges: Any additional services, such as delivery, pickup, or special handling, will incur extra charges and will be displayed during checkout.
5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery: If the Customer selects delivery, the Rental Product will be delivered to the address provided. Delivery charges may vary based on the location and will be added to the total rental cost.

Pickup: If the Customer opts for pickup, the product should be collected from the designated location at the agreed time.

Delivery/Pickup Delays: We strive to deliver/pick up the product within the agreed timeframe, but we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, transport issues, etc.
6. Use of Rental Product

Authorized Use: The Customer agrees to use the rented product for lawful purposes only and in accordance with any instructions provided by the Company or manufacturer.

Proper Care and Handling: The Customer must handle the rented product with reasonable care to avoid damage. The Customer agrees to follow any instructions provided for the proper use and maintenance of the product.

Prohibited Use: The Customer is prohibited from altering, tampering, or modifying the product in any way. Unauthorized use, including using the product for illegal purposes, is strictly prohibited.
7. Damage, Loss, or Theft

Damage: The Customer is fully responsible for any damage to the Rental Product that occurs during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, physical damage, water damage, electrical failure due to misuse, and broken parts. If the Rental Product is damaged beyond repair, the Customer will be charged the full replacement cost of the product.

Loss or Theft: In the event that the product is lost or stolen, the Customer is responsible for replacing the product or paying the full replacement cost as determined by the Company.

Insurance: In some cases, we may offer insurance for the rented product, which may cover certain types of damage or loss. The Customer may choose to purchase this coverage at an additional cost.

Return Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition it was rented, except for normal wear and tear. Any damages will result in the Customer being charged for repairs or replacement.
8. Return of Rental Product

Return Location: The Rental Product must be returned to the designated location by the end date of the rental period, or as otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

Return Condition: The product should be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. If the product is damaged or missing parts, the Customer will be liable for repair or replacement costs.

Late Return: If the product is not returned by the due date, the Customer will incur late fees of Rs.500 per day until the product is returned. Continued failure to return the product may result in legal action or further penalties.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: The Customer may cancel their rental order up to 5 days before the rental period starts. If cancellation occurs within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued, minus any cancellation fees.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for early returns, unused rental days, or product malfunction due to misuse by the Customer.

Non-Return of Product: If the Rental Product is not returned after the rental period, the Customer will be liable for the full replacement cost of the product.
10. Liability

Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Customer’s use of the rented product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or legal claims.

Limit of Liability: The Company's liability for any claim related to the rental of a product is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the rental of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or income.
11. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer Information: The Company collects personal information to process rental orders and communicate with the Customer. This information will not be shared with third parties without the Customer's consent, except as required by law.

Data Security: We ensure that all Customer data is stored securely and complies with applicable data protection laws.
12. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The amended Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, and the changes will take effect immediately. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert country or state], and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert location].
